2019 Hopesgrove Rosé, Hawke’s Bay
A pale salmon colour with slight peachy, pink hues. This has a very fresh and elegantly presented nose with delightfully delicate aromas of strawberries and red florals along with some confectionary notes.
Dry to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate is dry, fresh and youthful with delicate aromatic flavours of strawberries, cherries red florals and subtle minerality.
The palate flows along a very fine, subtly textured line, leading to a light, faintly piquant finish.
