
2019 Mojo Pinot Grigio, Fleurieu Peninsula
Rich and full bodied true to the Alsatian style, this low acidity Gris has all the makings of a great food wine. Spicy pear notes, honeysuckle and mild spice are deliciously complemented by mealy creaminess and texture. A great match for seafood, especially seared scallops or sashimi.

Mojo wines are crafted by the team from Rockbare, one of South Australia’s most admired outfits. This Pinot Gris is made in the richer, spicier, higher alcohol style developed in Alsace. Winemaker Marty O’Flaherty sourced the fruit from the Northern edge of the Adelaide Hills which enables the fruit to ripen to a suitable sweetness whilst the cool nights help retain the natural, crisp acidity.
